At least 200,000 Russians have left the country in the week since President Vladimir V. Putin announced a partial military mobilization after a series of setbacks in the country’s war with Ukraine, according to figures provided by Russia’s neighbors.Since then, many of them go to neighboring countries such as Mongolia, Kazakhstan, and Georgia where visa-free travel is available.
In Mongolia, 5001 citizens of the Russia have arrived through Khiagt Altanbulag border since September 15.
