Training employees isn’t one-size-fits-all. There isn’t one simple answer to building perfect employee team, but there are a few elements that are consistently present in companies with the best training programs and incentives. Our company worksclosely with training and development managers in many different ways. On May 21, 2021 our company had an event for “Spring opening” training organized for the staff to keep standard documentation, record keeping procedures, primary financial management forms, and updated KPI evaluation methodology to all employees, how to implement and prepare them, and how to ensure information security, confidentiality, and protection when working in an online environment to provide basic information in the field. Meanwhile, one of our branch business “#Open-mic bar at Peace pub & Deli” had an opening on the same day and employees from other branches including guides and drivers were invited and spent effective and fun evening. Since we have an #Open-mic bar opening ceremony, there were singing competition and best dancers’ competitions were organized in order to build teamwork.
